We, the only tent for roasted knuckles of porks, give you a warm welcome on the Munich Oktoberfest!
Here cosyness, fun, a good mood, very drinkable Löwenbräu Oktoberfest beer and Franziskaner weissbier is waiting for you.
The Hochreiter family is on the Oktoberfest since 1973. In the frist six years she ran an sausage roastery next to the „Bräurosl“. In 1979 she took over the free tent of the Haxnbauer and gave him the new name „Haxnbraterei Hochreiter“. Decoration and interior furnishing were kept up and the roastery modernized. So they could guarantee, that every knuckle of pork is stored, spiced up and grilled in the tent. In 1987 they built a complete new tent with seats for 250 guests.

The tent is new, but the courteous service and the high standard of our knuckles of pork are still the same up to today.
